Blue Hour Bloom captures the fleeting moment when daylight gives way to dusk and the world turns deep blue, silver and shadow.

At its center is a faceted teal kyanite, carefully bezel-set by hand to preserve the stone’s depth, brilliance and angular flashes of light. A cast sterling silver Talavera-inspired flower blooms beneath the stone, while dimensional silver details frame the pendant with texture and movement.

The pendant hangs from a sterling silver charm keeper at the center of a strand of luminous labradorite beads. Each bead was individually hand-knotted on silk dyed by René in a moody shade of blue-green. As the necklace moves, the smoky gray labradorite reveals flashes of blue, teal, green and gold—echoing the shifting light within the kyanite.

Substantial, mysterious and quietly luminous, Blue Hour Bloom is a one-of-a-kind statement necklace inspired by twilight just before the last light disappears.

Materials

Each Sun Salt Silver piece is handcrafted using sterling and fine silver with natural stones chosen for their character, color, and story.

I work primarily with turquoise, opal, gemstones, shark tooth fossils, and other stones that feel grounded and alive. No two stones are identical — natural variations are part of the beauty.

All jewelry is made by hand in my studio using traditional silversmithing techniques. The result is work that feels substantial, personal, and meant to be worn for years.

Because many designs feature natural stones like turquoise, opal, shell, or fossilized materials, treat your jewelry gently.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unworn pieces in original condition and packaging.

Not eligible for return: Custom work, pieces finished to size, sale items, and gift cards.
