Bisbee Lavender Pit turquoise rises above a natural cowrie shell in this sculptural silver ring. The vivid blue stone meets the shell’s pale ridges and dark opening, with patterned silver accents carrying the composition from top to bottom. Wear it as your focal piece when you want desert color and coastal form together on your hand.

Handmade by René M. Bailey of Sun Salt Silver, the vertical arrangement sets the turquoise above the horizontal cowrie shell. Darkened details give the silverwork depth, while polished highlights outline the shell and stone.

Care: Sterling silver naturally patinas with wear. Polish with a soft cloth to restore shine, or let the oxidation deepen for contrast. Cowrie shell is organic; avoid harsh chemicals and prolonged water exposure.
Materials

Each Sun Salt Silver piece is handcrafted using sterling and fine silver with natural stones chosen for their character, color, and story.

I work primarily with turquoise, opal, gemstones, shark tooth fossils, and other stones that feel grounded and alive. No two stones are identical — natural variations are part of the beauty.

All jewelry is made by hand in my studio using traditional silversmithing techniques. The result is work that feels substantial, personal, and meant to be worn for years.

Because many designs feature natural stones like turquoise, opal, shell, or fossilized materials, treat your jewelry gently.

A few simple guidelines:

• Remove before swimming, showering, or working with your hands
• Avoid lotions, perfumes, and cleaning products
• Store pieces separately to prevent scratching
• Gently polish silver with a soft cloth when needed
• Keep silk away from water, perfume, and lotions. Store flat or loosely coiled.

Natural stones can be sensitive to water and chemicals. Keeping your jewelry dry and stored safely will help preserve its color and finish.

All packages are insured and include tracking. 

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unworn pieces in original condition and packaging.

Not eligible for return: Custom work, pieces finished to size, sale items, and gift cards.
