A green peridot saguaro reaches toward an ember-colored goldstone sun in this one-of-a-kind bolo necklace. An arched silver frame and darkened background give the small desert scene depth. Wear the bolo high for a centered statement, or lower it over a simple shirt to let the chain ends become part of the silhouette. At a glance

Handmade by René M. Bailey of Sun Salt Silver, the hand-forged frame retains the marks of hand and flame. Hand-inlaid color brings the cactus and sun into focus, while peridot beads finish the chain ends. Signed with the maker’s mark.
Materials

Each Sun Salt Silver piece is handcrafted using sterling and fine silver with natural stones chosen for their character, color, and story.

I work primarily with turquoise, opal, gemstones, shark tooth fossils, and other stones that feel grounded and alive. No two stones are identical — natural variations are part of the beauty.

All jewelry is made by hand in my studio using traditional silversmithing techniques. The result is work that feels substantial, personal, and meant to be worn for years.

Because many designs feature natural stones like turquoise, opal, shell, or fossilized materials, treat your jewelry gently.

A few simple guidelines:

• Remove before swimming, showering, or working with your hands
• Avoid lotions, perfumes, and cleaning products
• Store pieces separately to prevent scratching
• Gently polish silver with a soft cloth when needed
• Keep silk away from water, perfume, and lotions. Store flat or loosely coiled.

Natural stones can be sensitive to water and chemicals. Keeping your jewelry dry and stored safely will help preserve its color and finish.

All packages are insured and include tracking. 

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unworn pieces in original condition and packaging.

Not eligible for return: Custom work, pieces finished to size, sale items, and gift cards.
